Erik and Ashley officially tied the know at their windy Civitan Beach House Wedding this weekend!

Ashley and I met way back in high school and I was so honored she chose us to capture her wedding day. She and Erik have been together for 5 years and even were long distance for a year when Erik went to Canada to play hockey!! The weather took us for a ride a couple days leading up to the wedding with a 100% chance of thunderstorms but thankfully, it was just the morning and the showers were done by the afternoon! The wind, however — my goodness. It was so windy for the rest of the night. Sand pelted us during portraits at sunset and we still managed to get some really romantic portraits😍

Ashley got ready at her best friend / Maid of Honor’s home on the water and Erik stayed at the venue with his guys having some celebratory drinks before the ceremony. Their ceremony was filled with tears and lots of laughter + they had a Taco Food Truck that was DELICIOUS! Wait ’til you see their unique guest book too.

Can you believe this is Ashley’s momma?! She was sitting with the bridesmaids when I arrived and I truly thought she was another one of Ashley’s friends! Erik’s mom too – so beautiful! I need these women’s daily routines😆

Remember when I told you Erik plays hockey? Well so does his brother! That is his brother who jumped on him. Lost a couple teeth playin’ the game. Ouch!!
