Our friends, Megan and Costas finally tied the knot at their Wedding at Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church in Maitland, FL this past weekend!
Megan was in a Christian sorority at UCF and Costas was in the brother Christian fraternity at UCF. We would do combined events all the time and that’s how they met. It’s been so great to see how happy they have been the last couple years. They just got the keys to their new home a few weeks ago and are currently honeymoonin’ in Jamaica!! OH and the day this is published, it’s Costas’ birthday!🎉
Megan and Costas had a traditional Greek ceremony in the church, they drank wine, were honored with crowns and even exchanged specific wedding bands for the Greek tradition. Afterwards, the party not only included Greek dancing, but UCF’s Knightro made a surprise appearance, Kelly’s Ice Cream food truck surprised Megan and they exited in a 1955 Mercury Montclair😍 Ryan and I are so happy for the Koufogazos’!

Towards the end of the reception, Megan surprised Costas with Knightro making an appearance to dance for an hour!
He was soooo shocked and so happy when Knightro came in! It’s always such a good idea to have your college mascot (if they’re cool lol) come to your wedding reception. My mom had the same surprise for my dad at their wedding over 20 years ago!!

To end, Costas surprised Megan with her favorite ice cream truck! It was a hit!!
